Kathy Phan has been called both a tastemaker and a maker of tasty things. By day, she works for a large university managing marketing for the division of housing and food and by night and weekend she bakes and decorates delicious treats and generally makes things pretty in the hope of one day building a business out of it. Some of Kathy's other interests include fashion, design, trying new restaurants, Asian American studies, general cute things, and mosquito eradication.
